Over the last few weeks, we have continued to focus on introducing new features and developing additional performance enhancements. Please see below for a summary of the most recent developments. We hope some of these updates help support your organizational goals, better engage your stakeholders, and improve the way you work.
New Features
We have introduced several new features within the latest product release based on suggestions we have received directly from customers and improvements that our product team has identified. For this release we have focused on further developing functionality to support reports, publications, and notifications. New features include:
- Data Sources for Reports & Publications:
- Standards and Standard Items (Standards Management)
- Standards and Published Versions
- Can be linked to provide individual Standard and related criteria
- Instrument Response Information
- Includes additional properties
- Instrument Response Review Information
- Top-level information, (excluding question/rating/finding)
- Instrument Response Review Questions/Table Questions
- You can now link specific data sources to enable you to output each rating/finding, question, and table question elements into a single publication per configured data key
- Certificate Type Info – specific details about the offered certificate
- Can now be linked as a secondary data source to certification info data sources to provide more detail and extension data from the certificate type
- Process Stage Information
- Details of all stages, including assignees, dates, status, complete info and configuration settings for the stage when it was scheduled
- Standards and Standard Items (Standards Management)
- Reporting:
- Support for managing linked secondary data sources through the user interface (UI)
- Support for “OR” based filtering
- Support for complex filtering
- Support for filtering on extension data (applicable only to the primary data source, not linked secondary data sources)
- Sanitize/Remove HTML from Reports/Exports
- Digest Notifications
- This feature allows scheduled notifications to be sent daily rather than per action. While this feature is not immediately available for all users, it can be made available to customers with certain customizations.
Performance and other General Improvements
- Framework Improvements: for better reliability and uptime
- Framework Improvements: to support future integration scenarios
- UI Improvements: in Security Users and Roles interfaces
- UI behavioral Improvements: in Contacts
- My Items > Applications Widget: will no longer show Completed Applications
- Exception: when an Application contains a process within an event in a non-completed status
- My Items > Issues (Home tab): will no longer show issues where a User is a Coordinator
- This dashboard is meant for items the User needs to complete, not just observe
- General Improvements: to bulk scheduling instrument responses
- Improved Performance and Reliability: of the Instrument Response/Review export feature
- Improved Performance and Reliability: when submitting many Request Modifications from an Instrument Response Review cycle
Key Bug Fixes
There are several bug fixes included in this release that have resulted in the following:
- Change Approval Overview: Fixed a bug that may impact some users using the Equipment
Change Approval feature where the Change Approval Overview did not load
- Dashboard/email notifications: Fixed a bug that may prevent some users from receiving
dashboard or email notifications
- Reply Routing: Fixed a bug that disabled email reply routing back into ARMATURE Fabric
- Standards Listing: Fixed a bug that prevented the Standards listing from loading for some users
- Email Tab Loading Error: Fixed a bug that prevented the Emails tab for Organization, People and
Organization Programs from loading for some users
- Extension Tab Data Loss: Fixed a bug that caused some extension data to be lost when changes
were made on the Organization > Demographics tab
- Event Creation: Fixed a bug that prevented some My Items users with permission from creating
or updating Events from a Process Event stage
- Event Deletion: Fixed a bug that prevented some Staff users with permission from deleting
events
- Component Settings: Fixed a bug preventing a User with the system Configurator role from
accessing Component Settings
- HTML Error: Fixed a bug where HTML may show up in some table questions within an
Instrument Response
- Equipment Tab Missing: Fixed a bug where the Equipment tab may be missing for some Organization Representative users with access to the Equipment feature
- Sorting Issue: Fixed a bug where sorting is lost when exporting report results
- Reports: Fixed a bug with Reports where Equal To comparison against Dates did not work
