There are a variety of ways to schedule a process:


  1. From the Process Dashboard: Navigate to the Processes dashboard from the left menu and click the blue plus (+) button at the top of the dashboard:



Select a process template from the dropdown list of all active process templates.

  • If the process template is associated to an Organization, then the “Add Organization” field will appear. Search for and select the organization to assign the process (you can select more than one organization to bulk schedule processes).
  • If the process template is associated to a Program, then the “Add Program” field will appear. Search for and select the program to schedule (you can select more than one program to bulk schedule processes). 
  • If the process template is associated to a Person, then the “Add Person” field will appear. Search for and select the person to schedule the process (you can select more than one person to bulk schedule processes).
  • Click Save.

    2. Process Dashboard > Process Listing

  • Go to the Processes Dashboard.
  • Click the “Processes. View All Stages/Tasks” button to open process listing page.
  • Click the blue plus (+) button at the top of the page.
  • Select a process template from the dropdown list of active process templates.
  • Follow the steps outlined above to search for your desired Organization, Program, or Person.
  • Click Save.

   3. Organization Profile

(Note: You can only schedule a process associated to this Organization)

  • Go to Organizations > Organization Profile
  • Click on the ‘Processes’ tab.
  • Click the blue plus (+) button at the top right corner of the process listing.
  • Select a process template from the dropdown list of process templates associated to organizations.
  • Specify a Start Date.
  • Click Save.

 4. Program Profile 

(Note: You can only schedule a process associated to this Program)

  • Go to Programs > Program Profile.
  • Click on the ‘Processes’ tab.
  • Click the blue plus (+) button at the top right corner of the process listing.
  • Select a process template from the dropdown list of process templates associated to programs.
  • Specify a Start Date.
  • Click Save.

 5. Person Profile 

(Note: You can only schedule a process associated to this Person)

  • Go to People > Person Profile.
  • Click on the ‘Processes’ tab.
  • Click the blue plus (+) button at the top right corner of the process listing.
  • Select a process template from the dropdown list of process templates associated to people.
  • Specify a Start Date.
  • Click Save.

6. Bulk Scheduling from Processes > Decision Groups 

  • Go to the Processes Dashboard.
  • Click the “Decision Groups/Cohorts. View All groups” button.
  • Select or create a new decision group.
  • Click the blue “Bulk Add” button and select the “Organization/Program/Person” associated to the process > Popup appears.
  • Specify the default process template in the “Default Process” field (optional).
  • Specify the default Start Date (optional).
  • Click the “+ Add” button and add an Organization/Person/Program and Start Date if the default value was not specified.
  • Click Save.
