A process template is comprised of individual stages, and each stage summarizes the individual requirements of a process. You can create various levels of stages and assign custom options, assessments, instruments, publications, document uploads, and business entities.

To add a new process stage from the process at the root stage and/or a process stage, click the blue plus (+) button as shown below:

Type the stage name and hit Enter. The stage setup screen will then appear to the right:

You can add additional stages using the instructions above. Click the blue plus (+) button to add stages and the minus () button to delete stages. You can add a child (sub-stage) by clicking the blue plus (+) button of the parent stage.

Click the button shown below to move stages within the process template.
