To add a new Security Group, click the + button. Complete the following fields:

  • Name*:  Text field

           Enter the name of the new Security Group.

  • Description:  Text field

           Enter the description of the Security Group. Only administrators can view this field.

  • Roles:  Multi-selection

           Select the Roles you would like the Security Group to contain. Please note: you aren’t required to select a Role in the event that you only want to associate a secured persona but not grant specific roles or you may select more than one Role.

         * Required field.

Once you complete the fields above, click the Save button . You will be able to view the new Security Group within the menu, as shown below:

You will also be able to select this new Security Group when creating/editing a Security User account. Security Group selections are listed in the “Member of” drop-down.
