You can copy, archive, and/or remove Security Roles by going to the Security Roles menu. Click the menu icon to the left of the role to display your options and act.

These functions perform as follows:

Copy:  Creates a copy of the Security Role, which you can rename and modify as needed.

Archive:  Archives the Security Role, which will make it inactive but still accessible to un-archive. When you archive a role, any users who are currently assigned that role will be unable to perform actions in the system.

You can access your archived roles by clicking the Disabled button  located on the Filter By menu.

Remove:  The Remove function permanently deletes the role. Any users who are currently assigned this role will be unable to perform actions in the system.

Once you select Remove, a pop-up will appear and ask you to confirm your decision.

Click Remove Item to remove or No thanks, I changed my mind to return to the menu without deleting.
