It’s easy to add Organization Contacts to Organization Profiles. Navigate to Organizations > Organization Profile > Contacts 

Click the blue plus (+) button to add a new contact.

* PLEASE NOTE: the “Search…” field allows you to search existing contacts within the organization, but will not locate new contacts.

Select Contact or Liaison depending upon the type of contact you’re adding:

Select a Person – Type the person's name in the search field. PLEASE NOTE: only persons with an existing person profile will appear within the search. Once you select a person, click Next.

Complete the following fields (note, not all are required):

  • Title
  • Type
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Primary Contact
  • Trusted Contact
  • Preferred Address
  • Preferred Phone
  • Preferred Email

Click Save.
